  I want to thank the policeman, AJ that was so helpful and considerate of my husband and myself today at the Tomball office. . We are both in our 80’s and were there to renew our Handicap Placard., my husband walks with a cane and recently having hip replacement I was using a walker. He asked what we were there for, we told him and he said the wait time would be an hour, but if we didn’t mind haven’t it mailed to us he would see what he could do. AJ came back told me to get back in the car, turn the car/AC on and he would take my husband in and get it taken care of. Everyone was very thoughtful and I wanted to post a review that shows how many wonderful, kind people we have that never get the praise they deserve. God bless you AJ and thanks again. The McMurry’s

  I feel like it depends on the time, day and what your reason is to be here. I came on a Thursday morning 15 minutes before they opened for a vehicle registration sticker. Once it opened, a person helped print out a ticket, I was seated and promptly assisted in 20 minutes. Not bad. There are chairs inside to sit in and ticket numbers that are called out over the speaker. No personal information displayed. For what it's worth, I expected to be here much longer. You have to expect some wait time for things like this. Overall, I was pleased.

  I like the new addition they made to the building. It comes in handy when it's really hot or raining outside. The original building, that is attached to the new one, is kind of old though and seems like the AC unit doesn't work that well sometimes so it gets warm in the hot days. I like that it has a different line for the disabled or seniors so they won't get tired. Early mornings are better because theres less people but even if you go from mid day and forward, the longest time it takes to go in and come out is about 1.5 hours.
