Taught me how to read labels and what to avoid in supermarkets, how to find wholesome food for me and my family, and the correct breakdown of carbs, protein, and fat that I need in my diet to keep my body in peak health. It really helps to have someone cheering you on as you change your habits and who helps you get back on track (without judgement!) when you have a minor setback. Can't recommend Healthy Habits enough!
