(August 20, 2018, 9:58 am)I am a new patient at Southern Dental of Baybrook. Making the appointment was super easy and they were super friendly when making my appointment. Also, the reminders they send from email to text are amazing, because I can definitely be forgetful. Before I arrived I filled out the dreaded paperwork that everyone hates online on their website. It was super easy when I walked in, I signed documents electronically once I arrived. I waited in the clean waiting room for about 5-8 minutes before I was called back. My appointment was at 3:30pm on a Thursday so it wasn't busy. The staff was very friendly, however once I sat in the chair the long wait did start. I was there for about 45min to an 1hr before
I had Dr. Ransom talk with me. However, again the staff and the doctor's customer service is exceptional so I didn't mind. After the consult, the benefits rep comes in and breaks down how much everything will cost including/ excluding insurance. Overall it was a great experience, if I had to change one thing, I would want a private room so other patients cannot hear other patients talking, or moaning. They have gained a patient for life!
