My kiddos see the therapist, and many drs here. Love it so, I don't have to go to the med center. Nurses are awesome!, the techs are wonderful!!! Front desk has to deal with a lot. People need to chill and shut up.
All 3 of my children have been seen at this TXC branch and have been coming for years! The therapists are amazing! My sons speech therapist is amazing she truly cares my oldest had surgery and couldnt go both his therapist and the receptionist he was friends with sent him a gift to his room at the hospital! You develope a amazing bond and friendship, they CARE.. my youngest just started speech and my oldest had been going for 3 years and graduated so he no longer needs it! It was a bittersweet moment .. EVERYONE here that i have come in contact with is amazing and friendly.. we have come here for hearing tests physical therapy speech therapy nutritional consults neurologist apts.. And everyone was always very friendly and helpful! It is NOT theyre fault if your insurance dosent not cover certain things amd i have personally seen them go out of thier way to find a way with the insurance and medicade to help out the child..Somethings are just out of thier hands! I do not understand the negative reviews we love this place Ms. Tiffany Ms.Dee Ms.Diana are absolutely AMAZING. Everyone there is great!
