They have lots of room to workout, a great community, and very knowledgeable & involved coaches. The programming is challenging and well thought out, it's everything I look for in a gym!

(February 9, 2019, 8:00 pm)Recently began Crossfit at another box in the area and when it unexpectedly closed I was hesitant in joining another box. I went to a few other boxes and just couldn't pass up Bay Area CrossFit. The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with.
The members are also wide-ranging of all different skill levels, but are all so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new CrossFit home! -
