  I’ve been watching the journey of Deon’s Superfit for a year now. I finally took the plunge to join. I’m one week deep, 5 work outs in and I love it. For once, I’m not judged, or looked down upon. I feel comfortable, welcomed, and wanted at this establishment. Every person there welcomed me with opened arms. I appreciate the work Deon does for me. I also enjoy he allows my son to join me at every session, making him feel welcomed as well. Dancing and playing, letting him play with the dumbbells and copying what mommy is doing. Sincerely, thank you Deon and his team and his clients. It takes everyone to make a place work!

  I have been with Deon for almost 3 years. When I set out to find a trainer, I had no idea I'd find so much more. Deon and Andrea are both amazing people that push you to your fullest potential. The gym is equipped with everything you could imagine, and you are shown how to do each individual exercise you are asked to perform. There are many tools available for you to utilize in your journey as well, including meal planning. This gym is truly a little gem of a find. :)

  I live in Sugarland and refuse to go to anyone or anywhere else. Deon is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I have not had workouts this great since I played club volleyball. Deon and the rest of the trainers are very professional and respectful, know what they are doing, and do not get in your face like many trainers do. The atmosphere is amazing and the gym is clean and organized. I have yet to do the same workout twice and I leave each time feeling accomplished and improved.

  Deon’s Super Fit is one of my most amazing finds ever! I’ve always said I hated gyms. But a couple of moths ago I was seeking out a personal trainer to give me a little jump start. What I found was Deon! He’s literally changing peoples lives with the method of training he employs. It’s fast, EFFECTIVE, and addicting! I got the jump start I was looking for.... but I’ll be sticking around for a while! Thanks for making me finally have a gym to call home!!!

  This place is amazing!!!!! The way the program works is you sign up for your class and while the spots are limited, (which is a good thing, I'll explain why in a minute) I have never had a problem getting the class I wanted. The size for a class is limited because its personal training in a small group setting. Everyone is not in there just doing a circuit of machines, no, Deon goes to you personally and shows what exercise to do and for how long and surveys you while you do it. Once you complete it he gives you a new one. Everyone is focused on their own individual workout. I never feel pressured to keep up with someone else because they are all doing their own thing. Also Deon has the most diverse, yet safe, exercises I have ever seen. When I go to workout I love how my workouts are already planned for me and I never feel like I'm just doing the same old thing. There is such a high energy in the gym and everyone treats each other like family. I look forward to my workout class each day and I always leave feeling accomplished. Deon is also very kind, but one tough trainer, he never stops believing in you, even if you doubt your own limits at times, and that is what I look for in a trainer!
