(January 14, 2019, 11:01 pm)I had been looking into a new tractor for a few months, researching on the internet and talking to dealers. Stopped by Lansdowne-Moody to check out the Kubotas in person. Met with Russ and we discussed what I would be using it for arrived at the model and implements to use out on our land. Ended up purchasing a L3901 with front-end loader and brush cutter. Russ was great to work with on the purchase and was very thorough on the operations and maintenance during pick-up. Smooth process from start to finish.

(September 18, 2018, 10:51 pm)I went to several different locations looking for a quality Zero Turn Mower without any luck. I walked into Lansdowne-Moody and was greeted by Russ. Russ was extremely attentive and took his time sharing his knowledge of all of the equipment that they carry. He did not rush while explaining and did not try to sell me something I did not need. In the end, I purchased a Kubota Z411 ZT Mower. Russ was a great communicator throughout the entire process and gave me the best price possible on the mower in addition to %0 financing. Russ definitely went above and beyond on helping us and getting us a great deal. I highly recommend going to him and will continue to do business at this location. Though I did not get any other names, the other employees were also nice and helpful. We are extremely happy with the purchase of the mower. Thank you so much Russ! FYI You were right Russ, my wife doesn't like share it.

(June 22, 2018, 11:26 am)My wife and I stopped in the Webster location to see about purchasing a mini excavator. We met Russ and what a great experience it was from that point forward. He worked hard and really got us a great deal. His level of customer service took me back about 20 years which was refreshing. We’ll see you again soon to trade in that old Bobcat skid steer.
