  Nice place to live. I like the water feature and the layout of the apartment. Pool area is nice and clean. Very safe gated complex - really don’t hear about break ins. Neighbors are found so friendly. Front office staff are amazing ,helpful ,kind & super professional .

  It has been almost a year and my family is satisfied so far living in this community complex. The maintenance staff is excellent as well as the front office members. It is also a safe and comfortable place to stay with children. In fact, unless the rent goes up enormously, I would renew my lease for another year.

  Oh my gosh I don't even know where to start! This was my husband and my first home together! The grounds were always kept so neat and beautiful! The staff is incredible! If there was an issue my maintenance was there to take care of it for us! The ladies at the front were always so willing to help! We miss our first home very much and the community! The only reason we left was because we added a 3rd puppy to our household (we are crazy for sure!) And we felt our dogs needed a yard to play in! I love this place!!!

  I have lived at Emerson Park for approximately two years. The property is well maintained, maintenance requests are handled promptly, the property is safe and the residents are nice. The Community Manager Sunny along with Candace, Jessica and the entire staff run a very efficient operation. The staff is courteous and friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this property and I’m glad I live here.

  I have been living here at Emerson Park for 4 years now and I could not be happier. The complex is kept very clean all the time and is peaceful. The lake views are beautiful and well maintained. They have lots of doggy stations for when people are walking their dogs, so the ground is always kept clean. The office staff is one of the best I have had living at apartments. All the ladies in the office are extremely helpful and friendly. Anytime I have a question or need something I can count on them to help me out. The maintenance crew is awesome. If there is an issue, I can guarantee it is fixed in a timely manner. They are so helpful and my stay here has been more than pleasant. The gym is awesome and they have a good amount of equipment. I always feel safe and no there is never any chaos or anything for me to worry about. I would definitely recommend Emerson Park. Being here 4 years now, I have never thought to switch complexes or go elsewhere. I can honestly say I love it here and everything about it.
