  Took my car for an oil change a few days ago. It’s got over 100,000 miles now, so they recommended some maintenance, mentioned some problems such as cracks in my serpentine belt, etc, but did not pressure me or try to scare me at all. I really appreciate that, since so many shops I’ve been to in the past have treated me like an idiot and try to take advantage since I’m a young woman. The nice woman at the shop sat down with me and explained everything, then gave me a price sheet to take home and plan for the things my car will eventually need. A few days later my fiancé noticed a large leak of engine oil on the driveway, so I took it back in immediately- my oil drain plug was bad, so they fixed it quickly over my lunch break and let it run to make sure it wouldn’t leak again, for no charge. (I had forgotten to mention to them the plug was stripped by a previous shop and we had used a larger plug- if I had told them this we could have avoided the problem altogether- my bad!) Will definitely be using this Kwik Kar location for any future car maintenance and problems!

  I have had nothing but good experiences every time I have gone in. Oil changes, diagnose issues, etc. Honest, not trying to upsell or overcharge. I really appreciate them.

  These guys are smart and honest. Have dealt with them for the past two years. Recently went by and assumed I needed an oil change and other fluids replaced. Instead the guy said, "No, sir. You're okay. No need to change anything." That was great. I got an honest assessment and saved money. Other customers have confirmed my feeling about the place. Highly recommend them. 10-10-17 Update - once again these guys came through in the clutch. They treat you like family. No BS like you see at so many shops. Will be restoring an old classic soon, and these guys will get the business. Manager Chris is a stand-up guy. Highly recommend them
