Top notch workout machines that are ergonomically designed, cardio equipment such as Ellipticals, Treadmills that are flexible making less hard impact on joints. Kettle Bells, weights, free weights. Everything you could possibly need in a gym. The Cherry on Top...is the Massage area with Warm Hydrotherapy Massage Beds!!!! Pure relaxation after an invigorating work out! Highly recommended for phenomenal Prices, Quality Equipment, and Friendly, helpful employees!! I've been a member going on 2 years now.

(October 24, 2018, 4:08 pm)Nice gym. Very clean. Everything is brand new. The people working there seem to be happy although when I'm in there they can sometimes be hard to find. But that's probably to be expected. Some good extras. Try the water massage, it's nice and relaxing.
