  I took a tour today and signed up. The gym is clean and has positive vibes. Great indoor track and showers. I also appreciate that the gentlemen giving me the tour did not pressure me to join. He allowed me to make the choice on my own without discomfort. The woman at the front desk was super nice and the theaters in cardio room are fantastic!

  I LOVE this Fitness connection location. The staff is energetic and friendly as soon as you hit the door and when you leave. The facility is is clean and they have different equipment. I’m only giving 4 stars because I keep hearing they are going 24 hrs but it hasn’t happened yet! Once it goes 24 hrs... 5 stars!!!

  I love the facility. Great place! The only thing I have a issue with is they charge me 2 times $34.95 in Nov. 2018 for my annual fee (When I was told that this is only a 1 times fee). I have called numerous times to customer service to get the issue resolved still to no avail . Customer Service keeps giving me the run around! I mean its was only $34.95 I think ? But still I wish they would resolve this matter. I mean I will be willing to except a credit for the amount? Other than that they are good.

  I love it here! Good new equipment, nice layout all over. Its huge and so much space. Nice basketball court. The kids area is awesome when I bring them. This is the best gym on this side of town hands down.
