  Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and easy place to find. Also it is close to good shopping and restaurants.

  Very clean and nice with good staff. Our room looked like someone had been a bit rough on it but was clean. Only 5 minutes from NASA. They also have a room for 6 which we stayed in.

  Very Clean, the breakfast was really good with a good variety. we loved the location it was easy to get to and fro from. it was too cold to swim but the pool area is really nice also

  I can not say enough good stuff about this hotel. Everyone that works here is amazing. The housekeeping department is great, all the ladies I encountered always had a smile on and asked how my day was going. They all interacted with our kids. We stayed for 5 days, we always came back to a nice clean room. The front desk staff was great at helping us pick out places to eat and helped with anything we may have needed. The breakfast was good. It seemed to go between 2 rotations every other day. They have plenty of options. The pool is nice. When we come back we will be staying here again!

  Great stay with my family in the summer, for a Galveston/Space Center get away. Facility is clean, our room was made ready on time, no equipment issues, friendly staff, and breakfast has a good variety (love the pancakes). Size of rooms are in line with other Holiday Inn locations. Good variety of local experiences as well, with close proximity to mall, shopping centers, movie theater, several restaurants, Space Center Houston, and about 30 minutes away from Galveston beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing is that Google Maps currently sends you through a construction zone (new building next door), but there is a side road behind the nearby Garden Center.

I wish every Holiday Inn express was this nice! Staff was super friendly and the place looked brand new. Rooms were awesome and had full Cable package, way more movie I suggest Holiday Inn go back and look at the footage of 2:50pm on 3/2/2013. I could never recommend this hotel to anybody!
