  I was at my end wits with my 2014 f150... Had it a another shop i will not mention ????... That shop charged me with service that cost me way to much???????????? and it was not even the issue along with me not having a vehicle for almost a month ... make a long story short i had my truck sent from that shop to Meineke on Nasa. It took a couple of days for their technicians to figure out what the issue was and had me back in my vehicle in no time ????. Special thanks to Mr. John Brittingham for his knowledge and to the technicians who made my head aches and stress go away. Also for Meineke looking out for a fellow veteran... i leave with this, have an issue with your vehicle and dont know what to do. Waste no time anywhere else take your vehicle to Meineke. I know i will if i ever encounter any vehicle issue.

  After being told that i needed my exaust manifold fixed i took my car here. They explained it was a heat shield that was loose and saved me over $3k in repairs.

  Took my vehicle there for a second opinion and low and behold my first stop 'Pep Boys' tried ripping me off. The mechanic crew here was upfront and no BS. They told me what I needed done with no extras and I saved over $400 by choosing this location. They have earned my business from here on out. ALWAYS get a second opinion and if you ever need brake and rotor work done, I recommend this Meineke location.

  I came here for the second time. I had to get work done on my car. The service was good and the work on my was good. Location is not the greatest. The parking lot is small and the office is not the nicest in the world. However, I will go there again to get my car worked on. This place is not perfect. However, it is a good place to get your car repairs completed. I rated it four stars because it can be improved and I would like to see improvement. Such as a nicer sitting area. There is not much that can be done about the parking lot though. They don't do state inspections which would be nice as well. I will shop there again. Happy Hunting.
