  I would like to compliment, Mason the night auditor. He is dedicated, very helpful and determined to assist. Late one night, my hotel door battery stopped working. Maintenance was unavailable. I was afraid, cold, and I didn’t have access to my medicine, cell phone, purse, shoes, work supplies, etc which I needed early the next morning. It took Mason an hour or so but, he figured it out, he did it!!! Mason was determined to figure out how to reprogram and open my hotel room door without having any training or instruction on how to do it. I am grateful to him!

  My stay at this Staybridge has been amazing! When we arrived our remote wasn’t working and the young man, Andres, at the front desk came up to our room multiple times to help us figure everything out! The room was nice, clean and anything we needed the front desk has been there to help! I will definitely be staying here again in the future! I really appreciate great customer service, thanks Andres for taking care of us!

  This hotel is excellent. The front desk staff is very professional. Natasha is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

  Great location, close to NASA, Baybrook mall, Dave & Buster's, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who promptly took care of a lighting issue that we had. Good breakfast plus a light dinner on weekdays.

  I very much appreciate the amenities and the friendly service offered. The room is nice and the bed is super comfortable. I appreciate the full-size refrigerator & microwave in the room. I love convenience of having full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in the shower. The daily breakfast buffet is very good. They have a huge gym and offer guests free laundry. I haven't tried the pool, but it looked so nice with a tropical design that is so inviting. Their business center is open 24 hours for convenience.
