I have to state that I mostly deal with the Chase Bank branch at 3103 FM 528. Why??? They are outstanding!!! I can not say enough wonderful things regarding the exceptional customer service that I receive. I am welcomed by name and all the employees are extremely professional, courteous, pleasant, & friendly. The employees go above and beyond to make my visit to the bank a very pleasant experience. I have to comment that this branch has two exceptional employees. 1) Severiano Saldivar JR., Vice President Branch Manager 2) Gabriel Villa, Private Client Banker They are the two gentlemen that I usually deal with as I have specific needs with my banking that need to be addressed. I know that whatever my needs are that they will be handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. Their customer service and professional abilities are tremendous.
