Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours. “We had someone hit our car from back and all our sensors, Lane assist, parking assist etc we're all going crazy.. some big shops around here didn't have openings until late month. These big shops also were charging exorbitant rates, when asked for quote, They were asking insurance will pay and all I need to pay is deductible and didn't really want to give me the quote, some of the initial assessment were 2k over the final numbers I had with Jack. Jacks took us in right away, he is licensed, his initial quote was same as the insurance company, but had a sensor costed us additional 1k but was expected and he worked with insurance to get the claim adjusted. But he did his best to give me a daily text or call status and kept me on loop with everything that was going on. He painted the door and frames around the bumper so the new and old paints blend properly. Customer service A+. He did a great job to fix all the issues including sensors. He is one customer oriented person I highly recommend him. Support honest and trustworthy local business like him and don't go after greedy corporations who are screwing us by billing high to insurance company and essentially costing us through premium hikes..”

I have brought two cars here: first car was just an inspection and an oil change; the second car had major problems (oil in spark plug well & dreaded PO420 code). Ended up replacing the valve cover, a couple coil packs, and catalytic converter. I had taken this car a couple places and each place wanted to do alot more and charge alot more.
