“My family has had a furniture store in Conroe for over 16 year and has been doing business with Golden Mattress for the entire time. If you want to support the local economy make sure to buy from local manufactures like Golden. The owner and manager are such nice people and always honor their manufacture warranty. They make great quality products and if there is ever a issue with a customer they are always happy to do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy and make sure they have honored their warranty. The bad reviews on here seem like they should have talked to the furniture store where they sold them the mattress because that is not how Golden does business.”

“I have a 33 year old Robot Coupe food processor that suddenly quit working. If not for its sentimental value, I would have probably relegated it to landfill. Instead I tried to have it fixed and drove 40 mins to Hobart Repairs. Unfortunately they do not service residential appliances and are strictly a commercial service. However, this didn’t stop senior repair tech Wade from taking a look. He found there was nothing wrong and the reason it stopped working was failure of the safety pin on the bowl to depress the latch. This simple check cost me a handshake! If this is how they treat their customers, you are in excellent hands even with more complex jobs. I give them 5 stars for superb service, even when it’s not their job!!!”

“I've read the reviews and mostly are regarding carper installation. My experience with this contractor is about Tile installation. I did my own research on the choices of tile (a bit overwhelming) too many to choose from and every business I visited, claimed to be the best. Thanks to Mr. Cortez, he gave me great tips on color selection. I am extremely happy with the work and my house looks amazing. They installed 3 rooms with porcelain tile and replaced my kitchen backsplash. First class work, very professional. I stayed home for 3 days and witnessed their dedication, attention to detail, hard-working and if anything needed my attention, they immediately let me know. It's a family business, with integrity, honesty, respect, experience, hard-working men and I can honestly say, I respect and trust them all. I got to talk to the team and got to know more of their personal lifes. I wish there could be more people/contractors like these men. These men have a passion for what they do. “Mia, at United Kitchen and Bath, has been my point of contact. What a talented lady she is! In less than 3 hrs, she submitted a 3-D rendering of what we discussed with an initial estimate. This showed me that remodeling to get my dream kitchen is within my limited funds. It is a nice showroom, too. Very neat and tidy, which makes imagining your "stuff" in the sample kitchens really easy. She wasn't at all pushy. She was there to ask questions, understand my needs, and help me make choices. I actually enjoyed the experience because she was so professional. After careful review, I have decided to hire them for my project. I did quotes from my 3 top contenders, including big companies advertised on TV, companies that do everything online, and RTA (Ready To Assemble) cabinet companies. So, when I say I can recommend Mia, I really mean it.”
