“The store manager, Sydney, really helped us out a lot. It was my first time purchasing a mattress, and one that was actually decent. The instant we walked into the door, he greeted us and very politely and warmly. He then showed me through the entire process of how to select my perfect mattress — and it really worked! But although I found my perfect mattress, I went ahead and asked for one that was more in my price-range. He did not change his attitude one bit, and he kept being very warm towards us. Luckily, I finally found the mattress I was looking for, albeit in a lower price-range. And throughout the purchasing process, and even up to the door (he had opened the door for us) Sydney kept his kind, pleasant nature. After going to their website and facebook page, went to the showroom and was impressed with high quality and workmanship. Ended up buy a custom designed console and some bookshelves for the home office. Atico was very helpful throughout the buying process, including sketching out the design. Once the order was finalized, the team communicated when the order was being worked on in the shop, sent previews of the work, and completion pictures before shipping it to the store for pickup. The team and owners were very accommodating in some last-minute design update requests after the furniture was completed. Overall very happy with the experience and products, and will continue to recommend to friends.”
