“This center is made for disabled kids to enjoy but the playground is open to the whole community. It is huge and has so many different areas to climb, slide and enjoy. The ramps are just as useful for toddlers as they are for wheelchairs. My baby loved getting to get up the playground all by herself. It's also very convenient that it is fully gated off so I could let her run around and tire herself out. This is by far the best playground in the area so hopefully they keep it nice.”

He customizes an nutritional plan and workout to cater to your fitness goals. I’ve achieved amazing results in my short 2 months with him. “I’d move to Houston just to go to this gym. It’s got all of the equipment you need, for all levels of training. This is the type of place you could train as an elite athlete and also your mom/grandmother. It’s that cool and well-rounded of a place. My background is in exercise science and I’d definitely trust these guys training me. They’re innovative, smart, practical, and down to earth. They also have a good sense of humor. It’s got three separate rooms and is incredibly spacious. Say hi to the owner Eric for me. He’s an awesome and intelligent dude and is working on a lot great things over there.”
