Approachable and friendly, yet very professional about treatment. I have been to other places where I felt like a number and as if there were some type of hidden menu where every action (would you like a print out of that exercise?) came with an undisclosed additional charge. “Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful Pediatrician. I brought my two sons to see her since my insurance was switched over to Kelsey Care. I am so happy that we found her and I feel so confident my kids are getting the best care. We were able to get an appointment very quick and she was thorough with my kids visit. Kelsey makes the check in process efficient and there is never a long wait either. Dr. Ramirez Nurse is also 5 stars too! She is quick to respond and help with the referral process and she kept us updated. When my kids needed lab work at this location their employees are impressive and they did not stick twice, especially with a squirming child! Their Radiology is also awesome. I highly recommend this location.”
