I technically was not due for a refill until the next 5-7 days but the pharmacist called my insurance to see if they could override the 30 day prescription refill date. I really appreciate that extra step of care because the medicine was for my seizures and particularly vital for my daily functioning. I unfortunately do not get the pharmacist's name but my prescription bottle says Nam Vo. I am not sure if that is whom he was but I do know the man was middle aged and of Asian decent. He was able to override it and filled the prescription right away. I am so appreciative :)”
