“This by far the best experience I've ever had at a Massage Envy! I had never been to this location before and loved getting a facial from Lauren! She really made this a great experience for me! She greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to making me feel as comfortable as possible, not mention the massage room smelled like lavender...I LOVE lavender! I felt completely relaxed and her voice was really soothing without sounding inauthentic. The most valuable part of this experience was feeling like I walked out with so much more knowledge about how to care for my skin. Lauren explained the different products and informed me which vitamins each treatment contained, which helped me realize that I might be using the wrong type of cleanser. Before I left, she presented me with a cleanser that she felt was suitable for me, and she was respectful of my budget which was, also, very important to me. After I came home, I went for a run and when I showered I used the cleanser that I bought from her and I am so happy with my purchase... I touch my face and it literally feels like a baby's bottom! Before going to Massage Envy I had a few mixed experiences and read so many mixed reviews at different locations so I considered cancelling my appointment, but now I am really delighted with my experience and can't wait to return to the location in Tomball. I am a pretty harsh critic when it comes to customer service, but I can honestly say...Lauren DEFINITELY TAKES THE GOLD on this one!!!!!”

“I only give this practice 4 stars due to the care of the doctor. He is knowledgeable, nice and thurough, so I appreciate that. That said, his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially, the lady in the front (receptionist that books appointments). Apparently, I was misinformed that my appointment to receive my test results were at a later time time than she had down. When I arrived, she looked at me as if “what are you doing here” and according to my calendar, I was right on time. She said no and that I was late and next time, to call when I know I’m running late. Well, I didn’t because again, according to the time I had down, I was not. Anyway, she was extremely rude and I’ve heard people in the waiting room complaining about her constantly (also see online reviews about her). I’m not sure why she continues to get away with being rude to sick patients, but it is unacceptable and I hope she changes her attitude. I really like Dr. Kaul, but hope he doesn’t continue to allow this treatment of paying patients.”
