“Dr. Rubin Bashir is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and conscientious doctor. He is about helping people. With back and sciatic pain he will take the least invasive method that is appropriate to your condition. As he told me: “Surgery is where I make my money but I’m going to do all I can to help you avoid surgery.” And he did! I now have almost no sciatica pain. PS: His staff is great and Advanced Diagnostic Hospital is top notch.”

“I cut through the bone of two fingers and saw Dr. Lavaro at 5 PM. After seeing the damage, he tried his best to get me in that same evening for an emergency operation. Despite his efforts, the operating room was not available but he scheduled me for first thing the next morning. Cutting off a finger was traumatic :) but Dr. Lavaro's help and support was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend him if you need a hand specialist.”

“Love the employees. The store is always clean. The lines are moved along quickly. The pharmacy is relatively quick and one of the better pharmacies I've been to. I'm fixing it 4 stars because the pharmacist refused to fill a script because he didn't agree with the dosage. Not that my psychotic Dr. Helped any with his outraged call, but despite the drama of the situation it's not up to the pharmacist on what medications people take considering he doesn't know the history or diagnose. With all of that said, it does show that he cares about the patient's well being and that they are safe. It was a complicated situation and no one handled it very well or professionally, but no one is quite in the wrong either. The loss of the star is because this well intentioned pharmacist not only refused to fill the script, but put a note in the computer telling other Walgreens not to fill it, effectively making his own opinion on the matter extend to all pharmacists instead of just letting me fill elsewhere. I had to go to krogers, who had zero issues filling it and my insurance didn't have a problem with it either. ????”

Nurse Alma and Jana along with Dr. Kennedy took great care of my child. They definately made her feel at ease and comfortable during her visit such awesome bedside manner. “I usually go for regular check ups. Everything is clean and everyone is super nice. The wait is normal 20 to 30 minutes. On occasion I have taken my daughter's for sick visits and they usually try to squeeze me in for the same day. The wait is a little longer but I don't complain at some point with every doctors office you will have to wait longer than other times. It's normal. We see Dr. Nora Torrez and she is simple amazing and quick.”

She genuinely cares about her patients. Her office is helpful, professional and well run. The wait for appointments has always been less than 15 minutes. The doctor and her office are well above the care being given to most patients.”

“Dr. Kim is the best doctor I have ever known. Not only does she genuinely care about her patients, she goes above and beyond in areas of communication and thoroughness. I originally found her as a pediatrician for my son, but now our whole family only goes to her. Her prompt attention and genuine bedside manner are extremely difficult to find in the medical field. “I've been going to this doctor for 8 years and now on my second pregnancy with them. I have always been treated with the most respect and everyone has always been polite and listened to all of my concerns. They conduct business like any other office would and do care about their patients. The only negative thing I can say about them is their wait times to be seen are a little long but I usually make an appointment first thing in the morning or right after lunch. All these people complaining about the woman who got reported for being "illegal" are clearly family members of hers (considering some are men) or friends. And if they aren't then why in the hell are you so concerned and worried about them reporting an illegal person who is here taking advantage of free healthcare and not paying the same taxes as you or following by the same laws you are required to follow. I'm sure she drove herself to the clinic with no drivers license and no insurance on her vehicle so therefore if she was involved in a accident with you, you would be screwed because she is illegal and they can't do anything about it. You all complain about them being in your country and taking advantage of it but cry like a bunch of babies when they get reported for being here. Give this office a break! They are great people who work hard to provide needs for each and every single one of their patients and deserve the credit for being a wonderful health team that they are. I will continue to keep going here and recommending the doctors at this office solely based on their quality of work and excellence.”
