“I absolutely love this place! I go 6-7 days a week. Each day is a different work out & a new challenge. The coaches are very knowledgeable & helpful. They have helped me reach many personal goals as well as assist me with making/reaching new ones. They are constantly giving tips to ensure my form is proper & I do not get hurt. They are happy to scale the work outs for beginners or anyone who is recovering from an injury/medical issue! They also are accommodating to my schedule. On the days I’m busy, they support me coming in, even if it is for a short time. The owner, Bobby is very friendly & supportive. He knows just the push each athlete needs to get the best work out. He doesn’t hesitate to add weight to my bar when HE knows I can lift more, even though I am not aware of it myself. The other members are also incredible. Everyone is friendly & supportive to each other. I am glad I found my way to this CrossFit gym. If I had friends, I would be dragging them along with me to share the awesomeness of this gym.”
