Ryan has been very encouraging and we have only had interaction through massaging, Audrey is one of the reason I keep going so sweet and nice and can tell when I'm needing a push through a workout, and Sabrina is entergentic and is wonderful with encouragement. I'm sure there are more trainers, but these are the ones I have worked out with. The gym atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. I go to the 1st class of the morning and everyone in the group is very helpful and helps you push through a work out. I love being apart of this gym!!!!
