“Best apartment ever! Its a senior community so most tenants are 55 and over. Very safe and quiet. Cheaper than most other apartments around. Maintenance response is very fast. The Manager, Ms Mary Jewel Drinkard is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Perfect location. Its close to everything. There is even a park right next to it. I have been living here for 4 years+ and very satisfied. I am one of the few young tenants here and I love it. My neighbors are friendly and always wave when i pass by. Parking is a bit tight but there are plenty of unmarked space next to the fence. The apartment is old but very well kept. Appliances, fixtures, lights, faucets are quite old but clean and work well. The AC is really old so it doesn't cool well during summer. If you get an upstairs unit like mine, it will be hot. Sometimes the inside gets to 80°F with the AC run on max. That's the only complaint I have. oh, did i mention a beautiful pool?”
