“I used to belong to Anytime Fitness in California, years ago, so when I was shopping for a gym recently, I checked out AF out here. When I joined, I was given two free sessions with a personal trainer. I met Eric and I haven’t looked back since! He is AMAZING! He keeps me dedicated, focused and on point in the gym. He has a way of reminding you of your goals, without making you feel super guilty if you slip up every now and again. There have been numerous times where I try and talk myself out of working out, and then I think of Eric on the other side. So I go. Also, when training with him, it is very comfortable, as I have worked with creepy/touchy trainers before. Not the case here. He keeps the gym SUPER clean and all the weights nice and tidy. I never have to wait for equipment and the other clients are nice. I would HIGHLY recommend going in and seeing Eric if you’re looking to reach your short and long term goals!”
