“This used to be a Brookdale location. It recently switched over to Atria and I was never informed of the change in writing. My bill had a mistake mid change. Atria is not able to access Brookdale's payment balance details. Brookdale says it is the responsibility of the specific location to keep track of the payment balance. Now, I am out $1500! So far, the treatment has been okay, but not sure how it will be with Atria. Highly recommend to thoroughly review all bill statements.”
