“Ive gone here with my wife and kids around 6 or 7 times in the last 3 years for blood work. Disclaimer: my insurance fully covers quest labs, so I've never had to deal with billing issues at this location like some of the other reviewers. I can only speak from my own experience. There are 2 tablets you can use to sign in as a walk in, check in for an appointment, or confirm you are dropping off a specimen. You have to use the tablets because there is no staff in the waiting area, an I've unfortunately seen this confuse a few older patients coming to get their blood drawn. Once you're signed in, your name will be displayed on a TV screen with an expected wait time behind the names of the other patients that signed in before you. Then you wait 5 to 10 minutes, get called in, make some small talk while your blood gets drawn, and BAM you're done.”
