“Dr. Chiu is hands down the best doctor ever!! I have never seen a doctor who cares more for her patients than Dr. Chiu. She is thorough, understanding, listens, and will really commit herself to getting you better. Even when she has time off she is working to find solutions for her patients. She never gives up. If one treatment isn't working for you then she will work to find you another, and another, until something finally does work. Furthermore, she is absolutely delightful, she is funny, friendly, and always cheerful. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and you always feel like you can be completely honest with her about your symptoms. I once met another endocrinologist who went to school with Dr. Chiu and he was like "she is one the smartest people I have ever met." Another time my general physician had asked how I had lost weight lately, I told him that I had followed Dr. Chiu's advice, and he said "Ah, Dr. Chiu is a smart lady to listen to!" Seriously, go see Dr. Chiu, I promise you will not be disappointed!”

I was sad to see Dr. Gannon retire, but Dr. Thuy Tran has been an amazing replacement! I can almost always get a same day appointment, and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor. I arrived 45 minutes early to my last appointment, and they saw me right away anyway. Good old fashioned caring staff that takes good care of me, what more could I ask for?”

“Dr. Murphy is one of best doctors and nicest people I have ever met. He is thorough, practical, and open minded. He also has a great sense of humor. When I was upset about struggling to lose weight despite being active, Dr. Murphy said to not let it upset me because I was healthy and I just had a body type that stored weight very easily, which in the past would have been a survival advantage. He said our society focuses too much on looks these days. That was one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. I never expected a doctor to be so understanding about my weight and size. I wish Dr. Murphy all the best. God bless him!”

I waited less than 10 mins to get into the exam room once registered with the front desk. I understand that some people may have had to wait awhile but that's because this doctor is very thorough and takes time to sit down and listen to his patients. My appointment never felt rushed. “She is a good doctor, like her staff. Wait time is iffy, sometimes I wait about 30 minutes and other times not much wait at all. I prefer seeing her at the Space City office, but it is farther away from me. Astoria office is fine though. She performed my sinus surgery, it was not fun but I am much better for the most part. Instead of having multiple sinus infections per year, I might get one now.”

I went from 280 lbs. to 210lbs.When I started the program they were with me every step, Crystal was my counselor, awesome!!!! I have a very tough work schedule and it was hard for me to get to the center as often as I needed , she went above and beyond!!
