“After using another provider for home sleep study, I was already into month 2 and becoming very frustrated with the whole process of finding out my sleep issues. My doctors office put me in touch with Marium at Hiro health. She called me the very day she received my order. Which was very nice after having to call the other provider and leave numerous messages week after week for 2 months. She was able to schedule my 2nd sleep study for titration immediately and called to keep me informed on any other orders they might need to perform the 2nd sleep study for titration. Marium always called my doctors office to get what she needed. She always followed up and keep me informed. Also, the on site sleep study staff are amazing and helped me adjust to getting my masks on and any fears that I had.They educated me throughout the entire process. Everyone I came into contact with were VERY professional. I don't usually write reviews but I felt after having a frustrating start with the other company,I had to tell about how pleased I was that it ended with Hiro Health and Marium.”
