“I have been training at Fight Back Fitness for over a year now and I love it. I attended the early morning classes twice a week for several months and recently switched to the evening classes. From the moment I stepped through the door I was treated with professionalism. If you have injuries/limitations the coaches work with those in mind. The instructors there are very knowledgeable and they are all passionate about self-defense. I joined with very, very, little experience and all the instructors have taken the time to teach me with patience. The gym offers a free trial class for anyone considering the training. Contact them, they’ll advise you on what to wear (no uniform/belt/GI in our practice; I train in shorts and a gym t-shirt. Some prefer leggings). You are reading these reviews because you are interested. Do yourself a favor and try out a class. If you want to learn and be challenged Fight Back Fitness is the place.”
