Dr. Shrum always takes time to talk with me and address my concerns and I never feel rushed or like ‘just another patient’. Bonnie handled my fitting for my new glasses. She was new to me at this location but was an absolute joy to work with. She was kind and had a great awareness for people and made my visit pleasant. I had to leave my old glasses for processing and when I went to check out, Donna even loaned me a pair of readers to hold me over till my glasses come in. She could have sold me a pair for $30 but no, she put the customer first… almost unheard of in today’s society. There is no question that Dr. Shrum and his staff are top notch medical providers, but they are also at the top of their game in customer service. With a rare combination like this, my family will be back again and again and I recommend you do the same.”

“Excellent place to get your braces.. Dr. Powell/Dr. Bre are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The staff is amazing, helpful and very friendly. This is as close to a dentist office that I actually enjoy going for an appointment...strange but true. I have had braces myself (not by choice:) along with one of my sons and I wouldn't change a thing. We will be back with our 9 year old daughter very soon.”
