She was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful! Now let me brag about our floors, we went from carpet to SPC vinyl floors and we’re so in love with them! This place had the best quality of flooring especially when it came to the thickness of the boards and the different styles it was really hard to choose. We finally picked the one we wanted and were able to get it installed that weekend. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when only 3 men showed up to do the install, but man did they hustle. They knocked it out all in one day, and we got our entire first story done, as well as bathroom and laundry room upstairs. Everything about this process has been so smooth and easy and we’re just so excited with our beautiful new flooring!”

“These guys are absolutely amazing! My a/c went out the day we were expecting a hurricane to hit that evening. I was so nervous because I knew if no one would be able to come out that day, there was a chance no one would be able to come out for a while. Mind you, I have a 1 and 4 year old who would not be tolerant of living without a/c in the heat of Texas summer. My property management company had been dragging their feet allllll day to give them approval to come out and make the repair, however the owner of this company stayed in communication with me all day and was ready to do the repair. Finally at the 11th hour we got the okay and these wonderful men were at my house immediately. The came in and worked very hard, I believe the repair took 3-4hrs. They worked into the night to make sure it was fixed. My family and I are soooo grateful for them! If you want good quality work done, chose them! I know I will the next time I need it.”

Tim recommended porcelain tile (which we love) instead of hardwoods and we couldn't be happier so that it would be easier for my disabled husband to get around. “During my recent visit to Sonic, I had a decent experience. I was disappointed to find out that they were out of the seasonal/limited item that I wanted to try. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did not have any other items to suggest, but I appreciated their courteousness nonetheless. I ordered the BBQ chip seasoned tots instead and was pleasantly surprised. The tots were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, which made them delicious. The drive-thru was recently remodeled, which was a welcome upgrade, and it seemed to be handling traffic much better than before. The payment process was simple and hassle-free, and the staff member who brought out my food was polite and efficient. Although my visit could have been better if they had the item I wanted in stock, I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my experience pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Sonic to others who are looking for fast food with a friendly staff and tasty menu options.”
