“I absolutely love this place and I am very appreciative of the hard workers. Specifically Sofia (front desk) who is super kind! And the manager, Maria, I believe her name is. I took a pair of pants (light pink/blush) that I somehow managed to get an oil stain on -_- and was immediately explained that it may not come off. I accepted the fact that I had ruined them, however yesterday when I picked them up. I noticed the stain was almost completely off, not really noticeable. I was suppose to pick them up on Monday and the manager called me and kindly asked me if I could pick up my pants a day later to have another day with the pants. I really appreciated the extra time they took to perfect their work. Customer service is great, I really like that they take the time to get to know their customers. Highly recommend this place.”

They came out the day I called, explained everything that needed to be done to save the carpets and remove the water from the walls and floors, and got to work on remediation right away.
