“This place is the go to place for all your exotic pet needs. My wife and I were looking for a pet ball python for our daughter. We called the store and said they have what we needed. Upon arriving at the pet store the staff/owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all her products and pets. We have been going back there even though we live 30 mins away. We have pet stores closer to us but we choose to go there. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs exotic pet needs. They also have cool animals to look at while you are there. They are simply untrue. I would happily recommend them personally to ANYONE, whether you are happy with your vet or not! If you do some research on surrounding providers and how some of them utilize money saving techniques above the best interest of your pet, you wouldn’t be anything less than horrified. They DO NOT use these painful techniques. I immediately moved ALL of my pets who were scheduled at KAAWS to this office, after my first time here. “Update: If you haven't been here in a while, you really need to check this place out. The former manager now owns the store and has made a ton af great improvements. The store is clean, open, and inviting. They carry everything you need for dogs, fish, small mammals, birds, and reptiles. This is the best place to go if you need feeder mice or rats for your reptiles. John, the store manager is friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff has a very high turn-over rate; some are great...some not so much.”

“Both my dogs are seniors and one has health problems that make putting stress on her inadvisable, so I tried an in home pet sitting service. Bridget kept me posted on how the dogs were doing and how they were eating. Surprisingly the other dog came down with intestinal problems and made big messes in the house which Bridget cleaned. By knowing exactly what was going on at home, I was able to enjoy my trip. Very reasonably priced, too. The charge was by the visit, not the number of animals.”

“Really happy with this location. I own a corn snake, and PetSmart makes it quick and easy to get what I need and be on my way. It's a somewhat small selection but they do carry my preferred options. The feeding fridge is kept organized which makes it easy to find what I need (which is alot more than I can say for their competition) Plus being located in the Grand Parkway Market Place makes is super convenient.”
