“Food was a 4.5 Service was a 4 ... I feel it was understaffed but I get it there wasn't too many people. Own was super nice and attentive. I feel it would be better if salsas and utensils would be exposed safely so customers can help themselves instead of the owner running around. The place was very spacious and activities for the kids. Over all this place was very good. A bit of a wait but nothing good comes fast ! .... It is worth the wait.”

“Every time I come here, I order the Turkey Pretzel, my favorite item on their menu. I like it because you can taste the freshness. The turkey doesn’t taste refrigerated either. Their food packing seems as if they go out their way to pack the food. I love everything about this store: the smiles on the owners, welcoming attitude. I would recommend it to any of my friends. “John E's hired a new manager earlier in the year. It was most definitely a change for the better, he is phenomenal! The food is always fantastic, now the service is as well. This has definitely our "go-to" restaurant, in fact, we'll be there tonight! BTW, my new favorite is the Cajun Pasta. Then again... they've definitely mastered the art of frying, it's always perfect. “Very reasonable prices and you get a lot of food with your order. We ordered the parillada de dos rib eye and we had food as left overs. The attention was great and everything was delicious. “The service was excellent!!!! I used the drive thru the person taking my order was really pleasant and helpful and knew about the food. I ordered a Nashville meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing it had so much flavor. I love the mashed potatoes and I ordered Mac and cheese. Again that spicy chicken was fresh and the crisp to it was perfect. My order was taken and by the time I reached the window my food was ready was the fastest fast food ever and it was not sloppy and was met with a smiling face.”

“We decided to try their BBQ for the first time and it was pretty good. We ordered the 3 meat plate just to sample a variety of meats. We tried the ribs, lean brisket, and sausage along with green beans and potato salad. The ribs were very tender and seasoned well. The brisket was good too. The sausage tasted good but I like mine to be cooked a little longer. I would definitely like to go back and try their smoked wings.”

“We have been getting take out form here for a couple of years. The portions are large and we love the leftovers also if you have a big family you save because you have enough food for everyone. “A little disappointed today as we were really looking forward to coming to this location. Our location was the 1960 location which is now closed. My mom has been craving the spud or all the way brisket potato for awhile. It's so filling too! When we came in, the gentleman at the cutting board asked my mom what she wanted and totally overlooked me. I had to ask the second gentleman who fixed my mom's plate to double the order. He was supposed to get the plate from the first guy like an assembly line. He did a great job and made up for the first person. We paid, sat down, and everything went smoother from there. The cashier was sweet and bread lady making her rounds was on point. I still miss the 1960 location and may end up making 249 our new location. The food is always great! I do also appreciate the Support for Ukraine sign.”
