“AVCO Roofing should change their name to AVCO Roofing & Full Service. Being from California, I'm new to hail damage. I thought it was all about dented cars and flying shingles. With Ryan Voorhies at the helm, my repairs were about upgrading my damaged attic fan to solar power, advice on roof colors to reduce my attic temp, protecting my lovely flower garden from ladders and bits of equipment, replacing my insulated garage door with an upgrade, adding gutters to the rest of my house for a very reasonable price, fast work, tidy clean up, impressive service and ... oh yeah... a great new roof! Roofing companies are not all created equal. When you need one, I strongly recommend that you call the best: Ryan Voorhies and AVCO Roofing.”

“Texans Home Improvement is GREAT! My home suffered extensive hail damage in May of 2017. They were with me every step of the way: roof inspection, meeting with insurance adjusters, to repairs. I was VERY HAPPY with the timeliness and quality of the work. They NEVER asked for money until all repairs were done to my satisfaction. We took the opportunity to have our home repainted at the same time. Again, VERY WELL DONE. The painters spent a lot of time caulking seams, replacing some damaged fascia boards and applying the paint. We have columns which can be hard to apply paint and not have brush strokes. They did a great job!!! Texans did my gutters – for the first time they don’t leak! In short, I can with confidence recommend Texans Home Improvement to anyone. I know if I ever need more repairs, they are first on my speed dial.”

He was working with others in our neighborhood who had experienced some storm damage. He was a very courteous, professional sales representative, and even though my insurance didn't cover the job, he gave me a cash quote that I felt was very fair and reasonable. Even though I was very satisfied with their work and recommended them to others, my neighbor who needed a new roof as well, chose to go with someone else and their crew left a mess and nails all over their yard, even into my driveway.
