“A summer wind storm knocked off the top of a tree in my yard, resulting in three hand-sized punctures in my roof. I got a verbal recommendation to try out Cypress Custom Roofing. I also contacted another well rated roofing company. Cypress Custom was very responsive. We discussed the damage verbally over the phone and they were able to help me understand ballpark cost. Two days later, they were at my door ready to inspect and get to work. They had actually driven by my house the day before so they could arrive prepared with the correct color replacement shingles. Two hours later, my roof was fixed and for a very fair price. Looks great. The other roofing company did get back to me too...it would 4-6 weeks before they could inspect and provide an estimate. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.”

“I have used Southern Roofing Texas to perform our roof inspections and repairs over the last 2 years. My wife called yesterday (Sunday) thinking she would be leaving a message about a concern of a leak. Phil (President & CEO) picked up the phone and let her know someone would be out the next day. Zach came out here today to perform the inspection. He completed a detailed review and told us our roof was fine and there was no repair needed. This group will not just charge you to charge you. They have treated us with respect both with our time and money. Phil also came out while Zach was here to check on the house. We also had a few repairs done a couple years ago by Roman. We had a very large and complex roof which would have been very expensive to replace out of pocket but they recommended that we work through our insurance company. They handled almost all the contacts and paper work and in the end we had a new roof for a fraction of the cost. They used top of the line shingles and had a large crew that had the work completed within 1 1/2 days. They kept us informed the entire time and were courteous as well as professional. I highly recommend Mac's.”
