“FSR replaced my room, repaired some of the fascia boards, and replaced drywall in my garage from a leak. I highly recommend them. Very professional. I received fast and honest responses to all of my questions. My estimate laid out exactly how much I would owe. I was given options - traditional shingles that my insurance covered vs upgraded looks (I took the upgrade because it was a great deal). And they communicated with my insurance so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Before I chose FSR, I was dealing with a different roofer that made me second guess getting my roof done. They kept asking me for the down payment but I couldn’t talk to the sales team about my fascia boards that I wanted replaced. They wanted to do the bare minimum of what my insurance would cover even though I was the customer—not my insurance! It was such a relief to find a company would wanted to earn my business.
