“I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage.The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.”

“We have stored our possessions with Fairlake for two and a half years. We have never had an issue with management or the security of our unit. We would definitely use them in the future as we now have a home with a garage and attic space. The price was fair for the size unit we required. The only advice I would give someone who plans to use a non-climate control outdoor storage unit is to make sure that you properly store your items in order to preserve their life. IT IS NOT THE MANAGEMENTS FAULT if your wooden furniture/clothing/photos etc. becomes weak/moldy/discolored/ruined. Be aware of the fact that we are in Texas and that the humidity is killer (it is a metal storage building near the water in southeast TX) as well as the fact that rodents and animals don't understand trespassing laws. Hope this honest review helps someone looking for a storage unit in the Huffman area.”

“This facility is too notch. Their security is really tight and gives me confidence that my belongings are safe. Also, Susan was an absolute rockstar. She made my fiance and me feel very welcomed and comfortable with her customer service. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about any questions we had. Public Storage even has their own furniture dollies for you to load and unload. The locks they have are very secure and there are no Master Keys for your own protection and peace of mind. However if that doesn't satisfy you, you can also bring your own lock. Most of the units there are also climate controlled. This place has it all. 10/10 - would recommend.”
