A few days later we received a sweet sympathy card signed by all the staff. A few days after that we received a card stating a tree was being planted in his memory on behalf of this ER. Wow! Such a sweet and precious gesture. Highly recommend them!”

“I had an amazing experience here, since my cat was a newborn rescue and has never been touched by anyone else. I was very anxious because my cat has always reacted to any strange person in an alarming, (completely bonkers), way. I found the place to be exceptionally clean, with a great atmosphere, and the staff was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. My cat loved them and I was impressed that he cooperated right away. He had the most positive experience ever. He has been sitting in his crate constantly, hoping to go back there again. The Dr. was very personable, generous and caring; I feel completely confident about what I need to do now, and in what comes next. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend, would give more stars if possible!”

“We have a rat terrier/chihuahua that was bitten possibly by a copperhead snake. Which I have seen and killed in my backyard. That's the only place she's allowed and she came in with her face and her neck swollen and obviously in pain. Or normal vet was not open it was after hours so we looked up an emergency clinic. They were open and conveniently located. The staff was very attentive end friendly. they took her in almost immediately; did some tests and treated her. The next day the swelling was noticeably decreased and she recovered quickly thereafter. We went back for the results of the tests and the vet thoroughly explained her condition and the definitely was a snake bite. We are very satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. The facilities we're very modern and well-kept covered what's information about heartworms another common problems dogs me encounter and what you should do about it. I would recommend that clinic for anybody that owns a pet an”

He works with me, as I do quite a bit of medical care at home for my pets. The feeding fridge is kept organized which makes it easy to find what I need (which is alot more than I can say for their competition) Plus being located in the Grand Parkway Market Place makes is super convenient.”
