“I’ve been here for about 7 months and aside from the guest parking situation and minor annoyances from noisy neighbors, I really enjoy living here. The walls and floors are kind of thin and lack decent insulation (seemingly) but overall I’m happy. Really nice amenities and the game changer for me has been the office staff. Courtney, Janie and Erica have been phenomenal. Always responsive, courteous and prompt. Any time I’ve had an issue or concern they’ve always provided stellar customer service. I think what most people don’t understand is that things take some time and a few things are out of their control (we have had several cars left on blocks- no excuses but we do live in the city). I truly feel they do their best. A big change I would like to see is nightly security around the premises. Yes, improvements can be made but I have no doubts that they are actively trying to ensure that all occupants feel safe and are happy. The one star deduction is mostly for the lack of good insulation and level of noise I hear from neighbors adjacent and below, that far exceed “normal apartment noise”. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors but a good office staff makes up for it. :)”

“If you are looking for an honest repair shop, this is it. Salim, Joe, & Bilal all have excellent customer service! I have brought two cars here: first car was just an inspection and an oil change; the second car had major problems (oil in spark plug well & dreaded PO420 code). Ended up replacing the valve cover, a couple coil packs, and catalytic converter. I had taken this car a couple places and each place wanted to do alot more and charge alot more. I just took the car to San Antonio for a day trip and so far so good. Hope this review helps put this place on the map; they are good people.”
