They alleviated the stress of dealing with the insurance company and process of getting our home back to normal. Were there some minor issues along the way? Of course. That is to be expected when dealing with any kind of demo and rebuild. But all issues were dealt with professionally and respectfully. Take it from someone who does not trust easily and is very skeptical about work being done to our home. If you decide to go with KHI, you won’t regret it. “I went to D. Mikel for a series of peels. I have completed the first of three and I am very pleased with the results. She took the time to assess my skin and my goals and she recommended the peel with the appropriate formula and strength that aligned with my tolerance for recovery time & shedding. Throughout the service she continuously checked in on my pain level and kept me informed of what to expect the whole time. I did experience shedding several days later, but this was the desired result so I was pleased with my skin once the top layer was shed and the new skin was revealed. Overall I am very impressed with D. Mikel and will continue to go to her in the future.”
