“This place was my first yoga session and it was amazing. I felt like the moves were very empowering but also relaxing. The breathing and the moves were all connected. Nickie was the instructor that day. Her voice was also very soothing which really helped me get in a peaceful state. Her poses were doable for beginners and she also invites challenging poses if the students could follow. Her vibe was really chill also.
