“Had a walk in party for my daughter at BALAXI and we had so much fun! All the staff was super helpful and polite with us. We had around 14 guests riding go karts at one time and staff never felt overwhelmed. Thank you so much for that it's not easy dealing with so many children at once! The good things about the property is that it is very well maintained, great parking, maintenance is awesome and great pricing. The only complaint would be since switching over to hardwood style flooring the noise level from neighbors can be quite loud. Other than that my time there was great.”

“Our tiny dog had been secretly peeing on the white shag rug in our formal dining room. Really, he was so discreet about it that it took us a while to determine what he'd been doing. After several DIY attempts, we found this company just a mile and a half from our home. They took the rug to their facility, cleaned it thoroughly, then brought it back and relaid it. I swear it looks better than it did brand new. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding.”
