“The staff were amazing. We walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and instructions on what we needed to sign. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate while we waited. But, the wait was less than 3 minutes. While my husband finished making a cup of coffee, I was greeted by the MA who introduced herself and escorted me to a room. She was very nice and made me feel at ease. The wait for the PA was very short. Rolinda Adams was my provider and she provided excellent care. We talked about my issue and she completed the exam and prescribed treatment. She was very nice and I felt very safe and comfortable with her and the entire team! I am definitely going to make this my urgent care clinic to go to when needed. Thank you so much for taking care of me!”

“Michael and Dana were excellent today. My day had a rough ending as I hit a curb and damaged my tire rim and my tire would not hold air. I don’t live in Pasadena and I had no idea how I would get home and even getting a tow home was a possibility. Pepboys was the only company that offered me help and I got the help I needed. They repaired my tire rim and I was able to get home safely. Great service, great price and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. “Excellent! I bought the $5 Fillup combo and it is a great deal. A leg and thigh choice of side, a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie with a 20oz drink. The Colonel has a great recipe! The staff was pleasant and the place was clean. Bathroom was immaculate. I haven't been to KFC in 5 years or so but I don't plan to wait that long again! Excellent!”

“My brakes started making terrible grinding sounds last night. I called Discount Inspection and Brake when they opened at 8am this morning. Len, the manager, answered and was very courteous. He said no appointment was needed as they see brake issues as quickly as possible. I arrived just before 9am and left about two hours later. Len checked on me as I was waiting several times offering me drinks and snacks but what was really going the extra mile was the small talk (which didn’t last long as he was busy working). His care and concern as a human being was much appreciated. Len was very clear in explaining the issues with my brakes and gave us great pricing. As I drove home, there was an obvious difference in my car’s braking. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or results.
