Travis took the time to speak to each of us and even a mini private session to try some basic training. Travis and JP are both friendly and very welcoming. “Replaced one unit and all duct work, which was very old (falling apart) and not sized properly. Price was in line with other estimates. Very good I stall at ion experience. Service after the sale. Company responded quickly to a failure, which turned out to be another problem with our houses electrical service panel (old and corroded). Repair person explained everything. Would highly recommend. On a second home they inspected complete unit and determined outside compressor had a large leak. This unit had a recall 10 years ago. They explained options and priced replacement. I decided to replace inside coil unit as well, but they helped me make an educated decision. Unit cools terrifically.”
