The fact that he helped us take care of every step from purchase to instillation!!! I don't think there's a vacuum that doesn't run darn near perfect once Patrick's gotten a hold of it! He is always very busy but always has time and a smile for each and every person that walks through that door. He is more than reasonable with his prices on parts and labor. He is one of the most honest persons I have ever met. He will literally tell you when a particular repair is unnecessary or he will tell you you don't need to do all of that and or he will tell you not just the least expensive way but the best way to get your vacuum back to perfect even when he can make more money doing what you were told or what you had asked him to do. Patrick has been in business for a very long time and it's quite obvious how he has done so well. It is well worth your time and gas to drive from another side of town!
