“Dr. Brock was great. He cares about his patients and definitely keeps parents in the loop in terms we can understand (no medical talk/terms if you know what I mean lol). He explains everything thoroughly and does not mind answering all the questions one may have. My experience with him has been great and he deserves the 5 stars however to get a hold of anyone in his office to set up appointments or anything like that, IT IS A HASSLE. I've had to call his office multiple times a day to get a hold of someone and it's very annoying. I call maybe 10 times for them to answer ONE of those calls. I leave msgs and sometimes I get a response back but I think anyone prefers to speak to someone rather than leave msgs. Don't know what the issue is there but it needs to improve.”
